Born and raised in the heartland of Nova Scotia, he earned his Masters in Geophysics at Carleton University in Ottawa and later worked with ExxonMobil in Houston. Josh spent his earlier years as a longline fisherman out of Norway in the North, Norwegian and Barents Seas.
Motion Giraffx has an incredible product, the ability to tell a company's story to their partners, investors and most importantly their clients. They are great listeners and creators and always come through for their clients. Approach They had been growing and animating for a long time. We sat down and walked through every aspect of the organization from start to finish. We then polished the parts that were working and built processes and procedures to stitch the company's efforts into a roadmap to success.

Building spaces that match the wanted experience is their unique touch. They balance both the architectural and building side of bringing their client's concepts to life. As with most small companies, their demand was exceeding their capacity. Not wanting to turn down work, a focus was put on processes and staff along with automating away some of the heavy lifting.
Approach By completing a strengths assessment and developing a client handling procedure, much of the heavy lifting was removed and allowed staff to excel at what they specialized in; design and build. Next, the staffing requirements were assessed, and proper onboarding was developed to sustain company growth while meeting client needs.

Moss Immigration is a knowledge and process powerhouse when it comes to immigration. They help clients from near and far navigate the complex process of arriving and staying in the United States legally, and they do it incredibly well. In order to take their organization to the next level of growth it was time to update their website and messaging as well as build out a better delineation of responsibilities within the staff. Like most small companies, the business side of their operations was at times neglected due to the team's single focus on achieving their clients' success. By helping to shift a small portion of their focus onto messaging and internal policies, they actually became more efficient and were able to commit more time to their clients' cases.
